1. ADMISSION LETTERS AND JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
- All selected candidates are advised to login to their admission accounts to download their admission letters and other documents
2. PHOTOS FOR IDENTITY CARD
- Selected candidates who are living in Dar es Salaam are advised to visit the offices of the ID Unit, located at the Dr. Wilbert Chagula Library (old Library close to the Nkrumah Hall), for the exercise of taking photographs for their IDs.
3. MERIT SCHOLASHIPS
- Postgraduate and Undergraduate candidates can Now Apply for Merit Scholarships through their admission accounts
4. CHANGE OF UDSM ALMANAC
This is to inform all selected candidates the following Changes in the University Almanac:
- Orientation Week for undergraduate students will now start on Saturday 21st November 2020 instead of the previously announced date. Therefore, all selected candidates should start arriving at their respective campuses on Saturday 21st November 2020 (see the locations of campuses in the table below);
- Orinetation for Postgraduates will be conducted on 26th November 2020;
- Semester One Studies for the 2020/2021 Academic Year will commence on Monday 30th November 2020 for Year One and continuing students.
Kindly be informed and plan your arrival accordingly.

POSTGRADUATE APPLICATION
The University of Dar es Salaam invites applications for admission into its postgraduate programmes for the 2021/2022
Academic year 2021/2022:
- July Intake for 2021/2022 is now open.
- October Intake for 2021/2022 is now open.
NOTE: Deadline for Application is 30th May 2021.
Successful applicants will be notified within three weeks after closing dates of the Applications .
