700 Job Vacancies at Jeshi la Magereza Tanzania Bara.

Jeshi la Magereza Tanzania Bara. Following the Government’s strategy to enhance its performance, it has provided employment opportunities for various Ministries and Government institutions in various positions according to its needs. In this context, the Commissioner General of Prisons, Major General Suleiman Mungiya Mzee is announcing 700 vacancies to join the Prisons Service in 2021 for those with Form Four and those with various professions / skills as outlined in this announcement

(a) Qualifications of the applicant for Form Four education;
► Be a citizen of Tanzania
► Must have completed Form Four and passed Grade IV (28-28 points)
► Be between 18-25 years old
► Be healthy
► Be in training or have already graduated from the National Construction Army (JKT) training
► He should not have been employed by the government 
► Not tmarried
► Be disciplined and ethical and have never been convicted in a court of law and have never been imprisoned
► Be at least 5’4 feet tall for women and 5’7 feet for men

(b) Qualifications of the applicant for those with (higher education qualifications ) / skills;
► Be a citizen of Tanzania
► Be between 18 -33 years old
► Be healthy
► Be in training or have already qualified for the training of the JKT Nation Building Army ( Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa )
► Should not have been employed by the government
► Not Married
► Be disciplined and ethical and have never been convicted in a court of law and have never been imprisoned
► Be at least 5’4 feet tall for women and 5’7 feet for men

For those who have the qualifications / skills, they should have a profession in the fields specified in appendix number 1 attached to this advertisement.

In addition, application letters must be accompanied by the following copies;
► Copy of Birth Certificate
► Copy of fourth or sixth form graduation certificate
► Copy of Leaving Certificate
► Certificate of good health from a government physician
► Copy of National Identity Card (NIDA)
► Copy of the National Construction Army (JKT) training qualification certificate
► Four (4) passport size photographs
► Copies of the relevant professional / skills certificate recognized by the education authorities in the country (for those with the profession / skills)
► Letter of identification from the Village / Local Executive Officer
► Biography (Curriculum Vitae – CV) – (For those with Professionals / Skills Only)
