The Manager TANROADS Mtwara on behalf of chief Executive TANROADS is provide job opportunity for qualified Tanzanian individual to fill the Human Resource officer,
weighbridge operators and Weighbridge Cashier.
POSITION: Weighbridge Operator -2 Post.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Observe good customer care, dignity and integrity to carrying out all activities as described in the road Traffic Regulations 2016.
- Weighing all vehicles passing the weighbridges.
- Verify vehicle dimensions for permit issuance.
- Calculate and collect overload charges.
- Supervision of technical equipment at weighbridge station.
- Perform other related duties signed by superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holder of full technician certificate (FTC) in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from recognized college or institution.
- Age not above 35years.
- Must be computer literate.
- English and kiswahili must be added advantage
- Applicant must be Tanzanian Citizen.
POSITION: Weighbridge Cashier- 1 post
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Collecting and Banking all weigh bridge charge (fee) according to weigh bridge report form.
- Prepare payment.
- Report all matters to the shift in charge.
- Others duties as may assigned by region manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holder Diploma in Accountancy from recognized institution .
- Age not above 35 years.
- Computer literate/certificate in computer applications added advantage
- Must be fluent in kiswahili and English.
- Must be Tanzanian Citizen.
POSITION: Human Resource Officer.
RESPONSIBITIES:
- Maintain staff database and maintain and human resource records.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as required.
- Supervises common cadre staff.
- co ordinates staff appraisal and training needs analysis.
- Implements and recommends suitable changes to human resource plans, policies, directive and procedures pertaining to recruitment, selection, placement, remuneration, industrial relations, staff welfare, training and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holder bachelor degree in Human resources Management, public administration or equivalent qualifications.
- Age not above 35 years.
- Computer literate.
- Must be fluent in kiswahili and English language.
- Must be Tanzanian citizen.
